There's nothing to import. Connect Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or Slack and your mail, calendars and files show up in Kabiri as they are. Nothing moves, and you can disconnect any time. Todoist projects can sync both ways with Kabiri projects, as can Asana projects. Tasks from Trello and other apps come in from their CSV export. Notes come in from Evernote and Apple Notes exports, and on every plan you can connect Notion and pick the pages to bring in.

It understands the context of your workspace: drafting emails, summarising notes, finding files, managing your calendar and keeping you on top of tasks - all from a chat box.

Yes. Make a file request in the Files tab and send the link. Whoever opens it gives their name and email and drops their files in, and they land straight in a folder in your Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. Kabiri never stores them. Free has 2 open requests at a time; Premium has no limit.

That depends on how scattered your tools are today. Kabiri removes the app-switching, the duplicate logins and the where-did-I-put-that searching that eat into every working day.

Yes, and it's free for good: notes, tasks and boards, up to 3 projects, 1 GB of storage, the Kabiri Assistant with 250 credits a month, and one mailbox, one calendar, one drive, one task app and one CRM to connect. Premium takes the caps off: unlimited mailboxes and projects, 10,000 assistant credits a month and 10 GB of storage.

Any time, no questions asked. On an annual plan you keep access until the end of the billing period, and you can try Premium free for 30 days first - no card needed.

No. The 30-day Premium trial needs no card, and you start it when you like: when you sign up, or later from Account.

You go back to Free and keep everything. Nothing is charged, because we never took a card. Subscribe from Account whenever you want Premium back, or end the trial early there.

On Free you can connect one email account (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo or any IMAP mailbox), one calendar account, one cloud drive (Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive), one task app (Todoist, with up to 3 of its projects synced) and one CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM, synced within Free's contact, company and deal caps). Asana sits outside that slot, the same on every plan (up to 10 synced projects). Notes, tasks and boards don't count: they're Kabiri's own. Premium connects as many as you like.

Credits are how the Kabiri Assistant is measured: a quick question uses a few, a long piece of work uses more. Free comes with 250 a month (up to 40 a day) and Premium with 10,000 a month (up to 1,000 a day). If you run out, the assistant tells you, and it picks up again when your allowance resets. Everything else in Kabiri keeps working.

Subscribe to Premium yearly by the end of 31 January 2027 and you pay £96 a year instead of £115, for as long as you stay on the yearly plan.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Cloud infrastructure, hosted in the UK/EU region and handled under UK GDPR. Connected account tokens get their own key management. Never sold, never shared for advertising, never used to train anyone's models.
